"Stats are quick and easy to get"

"Took Me a Minute, But It Got the Job Done"
We used Race Roster for our small run event, i wasn’t sure I was going to like it at first. It took a little time to figure everything out, but once I got the hang of it, managing signups, payments, and emails was straightforward. I have to admit, it worked better than I expected overall.

"I used raceroster.com on my phone…"
I used Race Roster on my phone to register for a local 10k, it went almost too smoothly. The pages loaded fine, payment went through fast, and the confirmation email showed up right away. No glitches, no weird error messages, no mysterious “try again later” nonsense. I’m not saying they’ve cracked some secret registration technology, but it was definitely smoother than I expected

"makes dealing with Participants way easier"
Race Roster has made managing people for our events a lot less stressful. I can search someone up quickly, update their info, resend confirmations, and see who’s in which category without having to dig through a bunch of messy spreadsheets.
It’s not totally perfect, but it saves me a lot of time and I don’t feel lost using it, which is a big deal. for participant management, it’s been really solid and easy to figure out.

"Got charged two times"
I got charged twice for my order, which was annoying. I contacted them about it and they did refund me, but it took longer then I expected. Not the worst experience ever, but it was kinda frustrating waiting around for my money back.

"Easy to Use and Worth It"
I’ve used Race Roster for a couple of local runs now, and compared to some other race signup sites I’ve dealt with, it’s been smooth. Registration was quick, the fees didn’t feel ridiculous, and I didn’t have to click around forever just to find the event details. I also like that everything stays in one place even after the race, which is handy. It’s not absolutely perfect, but for the price and convenience, I’d definitely use it again

"Pretty smooth overall, just a little confusing in spots"
I signed up for a race through it the payment and security side of things felt solid enough. Like, nothing made me pause or worry, which is always nice. The login emails were clear too, so I wasn’t digging around trying to figure out what to do next. I’m taking off one star though because the settings section was a bit confusing at first… not terrible, just one of those “wait, where am I supposed to click?” moments

"Loved finding my race photos, but loading was a bit slow"
I used Race Roster to grab my event photos and media after my run, and it was exciting getting to relive the day. Everything was easy to find, which was a huge relief, though it did load a little slowly here and there. Overall, it worked well for me and made it really nice to look back on the experience

I used Race Roster for a charity run and overall it did the job. Donations came through fine, which was the main thing, but I found myself digging around longer than expected to find some of the charity settings. A few donors also mentioned that the donation pages were a bit confusing. It wasn’t a bad experience, just feels like the fundraising side could be a little easier to navigate. Did anyone else run into the same issue?

I used Race Roster to help manage volunteers for our local race, which I somehow got roped into helping with after mentioning I’m “pretty organized” at a community meeting. It ended up being way smoother than I expected. Sign-ups were easy to keep track of, moving people between roles didn’t turn into a whole disaster, and the emails went out without me having to chase everyone individually. It saved us from living inside a giant spreadsheet for weeks, which was a relief. I’d definitely use it again

Customer support did eventually help me sort out my signup issue, so I appreciate that. That said, the replies were slower than I would’ve liked, which was a little frustrating. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, but it definitely would’ve been nicer if things moved a bit quicker.

I used Race Roster to donate to a friend’s charity run, and it was straightforward. Compared to some other fundraiser pages I’ve used, this one was easier to follow and didn’t feel clunky. I had to defer my race and, race Roster made it way easier than I expected. The steps were clear enough, the confirmation came through quickly, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down over email. It only took a few minutes, which was such a relief. I don’t know, it just felt really good when something that could’ve been annoying actually worked.
